New top award with Vestas

Earlier this year, Vestas won The Oscars of HR – Bersin’s Learning Leaders Awards – for the company’s introductory program, developed in close collaboration with Peopleway, Effective Learning and Empatii.

Now more recognition is on its way: The learning universe “Vestas World” has just won the Brandon Hall Award in the category “Best use of Virtual Worlds for Learning”. Peopleway has contributed to “Vestas World” with an Impact Measurement setup.

“We’re proud of the collaboration with Vestas and that we have been able to add to their extremely precise and innovative way of working with learning and competence development,” says Lars Julin, CEO Peopleway Denmark. “To be part of a truly unique team that has won the two most prestigious awards within the global e-learning industry makes us feel especially proud,” Lars Julin continues. “It’s like winning ‘the double’ in the league of learning and HR.”

Impact Measurement

“Vestas World” is the result of massive investment in e-learning and systematic Impact Measurement applied on learning activities in Vestas. The company has developed a flexible learning platform that increases the value of learning and enables the company to quickly and cost-effectively implement learning and Impact Measurement in the whole organization. The use of Peopleway’s Impact Measurement solution, Ease™, has made it possible to document and increase the effect of learning – not to forget a better and more streamlined implementation of learning.
