Saint Petersburg, Florida, USA. Peopleway receives the Bersin Award. The Award goes to Peopleway, Vestas, Effective Learning and Empatii for the employee introductory program of Vestas.
Recognised as the Oscar of HR, The Bersin Award is a giant leap for Peopleway in its global expansion plan. Currently, Peopleway is setting up in Britain, Ireland, Germany and Sweden. More countries will follow.
“When I look at the markets around us, I don’t see anyone engaged in measuring the effect of training and education. It seems many companies only measure the level of satisfaction,” says Peopleway CEO Lars Julin. He continues: “But if companies do not measure the effect, how can they manage their investments in training and education?”
Peopleway’s expansion strategy may unfold at a time of financial crisis, however Lars Julin believes the timing is perfect: “We are capable of measuring the effect of all types of courses. Our method works on both single courses and on the total company portfolio of training and education. In this way, Peopleway is able to help companies assess the business value of training and education which is exactly what companies want right now.”
What is next? In the middle of April Peopleway will receive the Bersin Award in a grand show, the kind of show that only Americans know how to put on. Peopleway, in return, will show America how to measure and manage the effect of training and education.
