Along with Vestas and Effective-Learning, Peopleway has been awarded one of the most prestigious HR awards around: The Bersin & Associates Learning Leaders Awards Program.

Once a year, world-leading HR consultancy Bersin & Associates awards companies around the world that have pushed the bar in the field learning programs and strategies. Vestas, Effective-Learning, Empatii and Peopleway won in the category “Initiative Excellence”. Previous winners include Computer Associates, SAP, Hewlett Packard and Citibank.

This is the first time Scandinavian companies have won. The award is given for Vestas’ comprehensive introductory program for new employees. The program was delivered by Effective-Learning, while Peopleway provided effect measurement to ensure High Impact Learning.
