Peopleway's CEO Lars Julin speaks at the ASTD 2010 International Conference & Exposition May 16th 2010 in Chicago

This session focuses on how a scalable impact-measurement approach was used to drive continuous improvement processes, increasing learning by 68 percent. Vestas developed and conducted a learning program in 2008 to provide employees with the most basic skills in all areas administered in SAP, from finance to sales. The chief learning officer (CLO) was asked to document the quality of the training. The CLO worked with Peopleway to build extended measurement into all phases of the program. Results, approach, evaluation strategy, and case examples on how Vestas built Level 1 to Level 3 impact measurement into the global SAP training program is introduced at the conference.
